SuperLight ShockProof® is designed to provide very low drivetrain drag while maintaining a thick protective lubricating film. Red Line states that its film thickness is greater than an SAE 75W90 gear oil while its fluid friction is similar to ATF, making it particularly suited to racing applications where reducing internal transmission losses is important.

Service notes: Drain the existing lubricant and refill to the transmission or differential manufacturer's required level. SuperLight ShockProof® is intended for suitable wet-sump splash-lubricated systems.
