Delivery Times

We aim to deliver parcels as quickly as possible, however, there can on occasion be delays due to either supplier shortages or special order items. Under these circumstances, we will let you know as soon as possible when you should expect your parcel.

Typical Delivery Times

UK — 1 to 2 working days
EU — 7 to 10 working days

Delivery Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. You can get a shipping quote by using the shipping calculator in your basket. Delivery costs for most of our parcels are calculated automatically by using a packing algorithm using box sizes contained in our warehouse.

Special Shipping Rates

A small number of items may require special shipping rates that fall outside of our standard parcel sizes, for example, body panels and overweight packages. These items are priced individually and shipping estimates can be viewed at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

We try to ship our parcels in a few packages as possible, however, we will post items in multiple packages if that means they will get to you sooner. When this happens we will absorb the shipping cost for you, so you do not need to worry about any extra charges.

Tracked Packages

All of our parcels are shipped with tracking information. If we have access to the tracking information we will send it to you by email. Where possible we will also send text message updates so that you know where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.
