Goodridge SMA0110-4C is a four-line stainless steel braided brake hose kit for Mazda MX-5 MK3 / MK3.5 / MK3.75 (NC) models from 2006-2015, designed to replace the vehicle's original flexible brake hoses.
This vehicle-specific Goodridge Premium Performance Brake Line Kit features a PTFE inner core wrapped in a stainless steel braided outer, with stainless steel hose-end fittings. Fitment
Goodridge lists SMA0110-4C for Mazda MX-5 NC models from 2006-2015 and specifies the application as suitable for all variants. This covers the MK3, MK3.5 and MK3.75 generations across the applicable 1.8 and 2.0 litre model range.
The kit replaces the original flexible brake hose assemblies rather than the vehicle's rigid metal brake pipes.
Installation
Installation requires opening the hydraulic braking system, so the system must be correctly bled using suitable brake fluid after fitting. Hose routing and clearance should be checked carefully through the full range of steering and suspension movement before the vehicle is returned to service.
When changing the brake hoses you may want to consider also purchasing fresh brake fluid and checking the condition of the brake pipe unions, hose retaining clips, bleed nipples, brake pads and discs.
