Red Line 5W30 is formulated using polyol ester and PAO synthetic base stocks selected for strong film strength, high-temperature stability, reduced friction and excellent shear resistance under demanding road, performance and competition use.

The naturally high viscosity index of the synthetic base stocks helps maintain a strong lubricating film while reducing reliance on excessive viscosity-index improvers.
