The ZX Series is BC Racing's track and competition-focused three-way adjustable suspension range, providing independent control of low-speed compression, high-speed compression and rebound damping for extensive suspension setup flexibility.

The ZX Series uses an upright monotube damper design with a digressive piston and damping curve, dual-piston construction and external reservoirs. This provides substantially greater suspension tuning capability than a conventional single or two-way adjustable coilover and makes the ZX Series particularly suited to demanding track-day and motorsport applications.

Low-speed compression provides 20 adjustment positions, high-speed compression provides 12 adjustment positions and rebound provides 30 adjustment positions. The external reservoir system increases available damper fluid capacity, while the high-viscosity-index racing damper fluid is designed to help maintain consistent damping characteristics during sustained demanding use.

The standard UK N-34-ZX configuration uses 5 kg/mm front and 2.5 kg/mm rear springs.

Installation / setup notes: The external reservoirs must be positioned and secured correctly during installation. Ride height and damping should be set methodically, beginning from a known baseline and making controlled adjustments. Low-speed compression, high-speed compression and rebound should be adjusted independently and in small increments. Once the required ride height has been established, all suspension mounting hardware should be tightened to the appropriate specification and a full four-wheel geometry alignment carried out before final suspension tuning.
