Genuine Mazda Suspension Alignment Bolt, Cam Plate & Nut Kit
Single-position Genuine Mazda suspension alignment adjuster kit for all Mazda MX-5 Mk1 NA, Mk2 NB and Mk2.5 NB-FL models produced from 1990 to 2005.
The eccentric alignment assembly secures a lower suspension arm to the front or rear subframe. Rotating the bolt and cam plate changes the position of the wishbone mounting point, allowing camber, caster or rear toe to be adjusted during wheel-alignment setup.
The same hardware is used at all eight adjustable lower-wishbone mounting positions across the vehicle: four at the front and four at the rear.
This listing supplies one complete adjuster assembly consisting of one eccentric bolt, one cam plate and one self-locking K-type nut. Select the quantity required for the number of seized, damaged or missing adjustment positions. Eight assemblies are required for a complete vehicle.
The original fasteners are exposed beneath the vehicle and commonly corrode into the metal sleeves inside the suspension-arm bushes. A seized adjuster can prevent accurate geometry adjustment and may require cutting during suspension dismantling.
The supplied components use the later Mk2/NB-style design but also fit all Mk1/NA models. The later hardware provides a stronger replacement for the earlier NA design and is less susceptible to stretching during tightening or alignment adjustment.
SKU clarification: G-NA0-5-001 is MazSpec’s bundle SKU for one complete adjuster assembly. It is not an individual Mazda OE part number.

Position information: The same assembly is used at each adjustable lower-wishbone mounting point. The front suspension uses the eccentric hardware for camber and caster adjustment, while the rear suspension uses it for camber and toe adjustment.
Fitment advice: This kit fits the original Mazda lower-wishbone and subframe arrangement used on MX-5 Mk1 NA and Mk2/Mk2.5 NB vehicles. Confirm compatibility where aftermarket suspension arms, modified subframes or alternative alignment systems have been installed.
Quantity advice: One kit repairs one adjustment position. Inspect all eight adjusters before ordering. The complete eight-position kit is available separately under MazSpec SKU G-NA0-5-002.
Seized-bolt warning: Corrosion can bond the bolt shank to the steel sleeve inside the suspension-arm bush. In severe cases, the bolt must be cut on both sides of the bush and the affected bush or complete suspension arm replaced.
Other items to consider: Inspect the applicable lower-wishbone bush, suspension arm, subframe mounting aperture and the remaining alignment adjusters. Consider purchasing replacement bushes or complete arms where a bolt has seized into the internal bush sleeve.
Useful tools / consumables: Vehicle lift or heavy-duty axle stands, socket and spanner set, calibrated torque wrench, penetrating fluid, wire brush, cutting equipment for seized bolts, corrosion protection and professional four-wheel alignment equipment.
Difficulty guide: DIY Difficulty: Advanced. A free-moving adjuster can be replaced using normal suspension tools, but a seized bolt may require cutting and suspension-bush replacement. Correct final tightening and wheel alignment are essential.
Why Genuine Mazda? Genuine Mazda alignment hardware matches the original eccentric profile, bolt diameter, shank length, thread and cam-plate geometry. Accurate dimensions are essential for maintaining the intended adjustment range and securely clamping the suspension arm.
What’s in the box: One Genuine Mazda eccentric alignment bolt, one cam plate and one self-locking nut, providing one complete suspension alignment adjuster assembly.
Installation notes: Raise and support the vehicle safely before working on the suspension. Record the position and orientation of the original eccentric cam before loosening the hardware. Support the suspension arm before removing the bolt. Where the bolt is seized into the bush sleeve, use controlled cutting methods without damaging the arm or subframe. Clean and inspect the mounting aperture before installing the new components. Fit the bolt and cam plate in the original orientation, but do not rely on the previous cam position as the final alignment setting. Tighten suspension-arm fasteners at the ride-height position specified by Mazda and arrange a complete four-wheel geometry adjustment after installation.
