Premium Red Line synthetic grease for suitable wheel bearings, universal joints, CV joints, chassis components and other high-load automotive, motorsport and industrial applications.
Red Line CV-2® is designed to withstand the extreme temperatures and pressures encountered in high-performance bearings and driveline components. Its synthetic formulation provides excellent high-temperature stability, extreme-pressure protection and resistance to water.
The formulation contains organic molybdenum to provide additional load-carrying and anti-wear performance, making it particularly suitable for components exposed to high speeds, shock loading and severe operating conditions.
CV-2® also offers strong resistance to oxidation and corrosion, low evaporation and reduced oil separation, while being formulated to minimise adverse effects on compatible rubber seals.

Fitment advice: CV-2® is application-based rather than vehicle-specific. Use only where a grease of this type is appropriate for the component being serviced and follow the component or vehicle manufacturer's lubrication requirements.
Grease compatibility: Red Line states that CV-2® is compatible with small amounts of many petroleum-based greases. However, good lubrication practice is to thoroughly remove the old grease before repacking a component wherever practical.
