Exedy Stage 1 Organic 3 Piece Clutch Kit - Mazda MX5 MK3 2.0 Sport - 6 Speed Transmission (06-15)
The Exedy Stage 1 organic clutch is designed specifically for lightly modified vehicles and track cars that need to handle extra abuse over standard clutches. The heat-resistant friction material utilises high-strength fibres, making it ideal for fast road and circuit use. The organic friction material offers excellent driving characteristics for superior street manners.
The single series clutch cover is designed to achieve a 40% higher clamping load than standard parts. The increased clamping load increases torque capacity, increasing the amount of power the clutch can hold. The ultra fibre friction material has excellent heat resistance that recovers extremely well from fade after a short cooling-down period when subjected to overheating.
