HEL Performance MAZ-4-098 4-Line Braided Brake Line Kit

HEL Performance braided brake line kit for Mazda MX-5 Mk1 / NA and Mk2 / NB 1994-2005 models, excluding Sport models fitted with factory big brakes as listed in the compatibility table.

This complete front-and-rear brake hose kit replaces the flexible brake hoses within the vehicle's hydraulic braking system with HEL Performance stainless-steel braided lines. The kit contains four lines covering the front and rear of the vehicle.

HEL Performance brake hoses use a PTFE inner core reinforced by a high-strength stainless-steel overbraid, with a protective PVC outer covering. Stainless-steel fittings are used to provide a durable brake hose assembly designed for demanding road, fast-road and track-day applications.

Braided brake hoses are commonly fitted when the original flexible hoses have deteriorated with age or where a driver is looking for a firmer and more consistent brake pedal response. Conventional flexible hoses can expand slightly as hydraulic pressure increases, while the reinforced braided construction is designed to minimise this expansion.

Fitment advice: This kit is designed for the Mazda MX-5 NA and NB applications listed in the compatibility table. It is not the correct kit for Sport models equipped with the factory big-brake package. For imported, modified or previously repaired cars, matching the vehicle generation, braking system layout and hose kit reference is recommended before ordering.
