The Competition Clutch Ultra Lightweight Steel Flywheel is designed to reduce rotating mass within the drivetrain, allowing the engine to gain and lose revs more quickly. This can improve throttle response, acceleration feel and rev matching during performance driving.

The flywheel bolts directly to the rear of the engine crankshaft and provides the friction surface for the clutch assembly. One flywheel is required per vehicle.

This ultra-lightweight version is particularly suited to performance, forced-induction, track and rally applications where reduced rotational inertia is desirable.
