Fitment advice: MZK2117 is intended for the 6-speed manual transmission application listed. A different EXEDY clutch kit is required for 5-speed MX-5 NC variants, so gearbox type should be matched before ordering. For imported, modified or previously repaired cars, matching the part number or component style on the part being replaced is recommended.

Other items to consider: When replacing the clutch, inspect the flywheel, clutch fork and pivot components, clutch slave cylinder, gearbox input seal and rear engine seal while access is available. Gearbox oil may also be worth replacing while the transmission is removed.
